This year our annual Women's Retreat will be at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly in Black Mountain, NC the weekend of September 6-8. This will be a wonderful time to get closer to the Lord and to other women from Renovation. The cost includes room, food and transportation.
3 or more person room: $205
2 person room: $225
Registration will close and all money is due by August 11th. After the registration deadline of August 11th all money is non-refundable.
What time does the bus leave on Friday Sept.6th? We will leave the parking lot of Renovation Church at 6:00 PM
Are the t-shirts ladies cut or unisex? They are unisex. You will choose a size in the registration.
When will I get my t-shirt? You will find your shirt waiting for you in your room at the retreat.
What are the room arrangements? All rooms have two beds and an en-suite bath. 3+ person rooms will have two queen or double beds and an en-suite bath. Roommates can be chosen at The Hub on any Sunday AM.
When will I sign the waivers? We will take care of that before we get on the bus.
What do I need to bring? We will publish a complete list of what to bring and other important information right after registration close on August 11th.
How do I complete my payment? You will receive an email from our system every 9 days with a link to make a payment via credit/debit card. You can make payment by check or cash any Sunday AM at The Hub.
